Zeta Brewing Company’s facilities are located in a privileged environment, in Alboraya (Valencia). Sorrounded by  Valencian traditional crop fields (Huerta) it is only 10 minutes away from the city centre of Valencia and 5 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, with views to the Calderona mountains.

 

In such an exceptional environment, what is probably one of the most cutting edge microbreweries of the Spanish East Coast is located; where except for the German design brewing equipment, all other systems have been designed by the Company founders themselves.

The premises stand out for their sophistication in terms of brewing process employed and extremely high quality standards, which confers great versatility when it comes to producing both top fermentation beers (Ales) and bottom fermentation beers (Lagers); all of which are produced unfiltered, unpasteurised and only using 100% natural ingredients.

 

Isobaric fementing vessels and refrigeration equipment enable a natural carbonation, clarification and cold stabilisation of the beer, which avoids the need for bottle or keg refermentations, thus achieving a homogeneous and controlled amount of disolved C02 for all batches. Isobaric filling equipment is used for both bottles and kegs (Key-Kegs), which guarantee optimal carbonation and freshness of all products.

La fábrica de cerveza de la Compañía Cervecera Zeta se encuentra en un entorno privilegiado, en Alboraya (Valencia).  Rodeada de campos de huerta tradicional valenciana, a menos de 10 minutos del casco histórico de Valencia y 5 del mar y con vistas a la Sierra Calderona.

 

En tan excepcional emplazamiento se encuentra lo que es seguramente una de las fábricas de cerveza no industrial más punteras de la zona de Levante, en la que a excepción de la maquinaria de diseño alemán, todas las instalaciones han sido diseño propio de los fundadores de la compañía.

 

Las instalaciones destacan por su sofisticación en cuanto al proceso empleado y estándares de calidad, que la confieren de gran versatilidad a la hora de producir tanto cervezas de alta fermentación (tipo Ale) como de baja fermentación (tipo Lager) sin pasteurizar ni filtrar, 100% naturales. Gracias a los equipos de frío industrial y tanques isobáricos se consigue una carbonatación, clarificación y estabilización natural en frío de la cerveza, lo que evita la necesidad de efectuar dobles fermentaciones en botella o barril, evitando así la aparición de posos en el producto final y consiguiendo una cantidad de CO2 homogénea y controlada desde fábrica para todos los lotes. El embotellado isobárico y embarrilado isobárico en barriles tipo Key-Keg garantizan la frescura y carbonatación óptima de todas las cervezas producidas.
